This is the entry-level class within the professional Librarian series. This position is for (1) librarian for the Adult Services and Youth Services unit. This position may be filled at either the Librarian I or II level depending on the candidates' qualifications and experience. Our ideal candidate will empower individuals from infant through older adult to become creative thinkers, enthusiastic readers, skillful researchers, and resourceful users of information. The Santa Clara City Library is seeking a team-oriented individual committed to fostering positive working relationships be a self-starter and innovative thinker and have a passion for Public Service.
